Best New Car Lease Deals for October 2025

These lease deals may prove the perfect pairing to your PSL.

Polestar

Automakers are losing billions in profits due to tariffs, but for the most part, they haven’t squeezed customers. Yet. We’ve rounded up eight deals with real value, the majority of which are traditional internal-combustion vehicles that are offering some combination of low signing payments, free maintenance plans, shorter lease durations, and lower mileage limits. Be sure to take a look at our marketplace to see your available local inventory.

Check Our Leasing Guide

Make sure you first read our leasing guide. We’ve covered everything that may get glossed over in the showroom: advertising fees, money factors, residuals, legal implications, and all the other fine print that could cost you thousands more than you’d expect. When comparing similar cars, be aware that a lower monthly price often demands more money up front. As with any national lease special, enter your ZIP code on an automaker’s website to check if these deals apply to your area. Prices do not include taxes or fees and may be higher or lower depending on your location. Research is always your friend.

SUV Lease Deals

Hyundai

2026 Hyundai Palisade

$649 per month/$3999 at signing

36 months/30,000 miles

Want full-size Range Rover style for Evoque money? Consider the all-new Palisade Calligraphy in this lease, which is Hyundai’s second-priciest lease in its lineup after the Ioniq 5 N. With Hyundai’s usual $3999 signing payment, $649 is a fair monthly outlay for a fully loaded three-row SUV (the base SE FWD starts at $409). For those who want more power and fuel economy, a hybrid will be joining the lineup in the coming weeks to months.

Polestar

2025 Polestar 3

$699 per month/$0 at signing

36 months/22,500 miles

Now that the EV tax credit is gone, Polestar is keeping prices palatable with an $18,000 credit applied to any Polestar 3. This lease for the Long Range Dual Motor, our recommended trim with 483 horsepower and a 315-mile estimated range, has no signing payment. In return, Polestar limits mileage to 7500 per year, but for an EV, that might be enough. A panoramic sunroof, a power rear liftgate, and a three-zone automatic climate with an air purifier are all standard. If you desire faster charging and extra power, wait for the 2026 Polestar 3.

Jeep

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee

$389 per month/$2129 at signing

24 months/15,000 miles

Jeep reduced prices for 2025, marking this model year as the most inexpensive Grand Cherokee since the fifth generation was released, and lease deals have followed. This Laredo X lease is only for two years at 7500 miles per year, though it comes with permanent four-wheel drive, a digital instrument cluster, 18-inch wheels, and a sunroof. For those who want a higher spec, you will need to pay a bit more for our recommended trim, the Limited.

Greg Pajo|Car and Driver

2026 BMW X1

$499 per month/$4899 at signing

39 months/32,500 miles

A base BMW X1 in white looks like any Honda CR-V from behind, right down to the lighting, curves, and the proportion of glass to sheet metal. But as a BMW, the X1 xDrive28i on this lease is much quicker, has a giant digital dash, and carries a higher price. A power liftgate, heated front seats, and ambient lighting are standard, as is BMW’s three-year maintenance plan. This month’s deal has three extra months on the term and offers a $1000 credit for anyone who has owned or leased a BMW within the last 12 months.

Sedan Lease Deals

Mercedes

2025 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class

$489 per month/$4853 at signing

36 months/30,000 miles

Mercedes has never offered complimentary maintenance like BMW or Genesis. Now its three-year/30,000-mile StarCare plan is included when leasing its four most affordable models (CLA, GLA, GLB, and C). That makes the deal on this CLA250 4Matic more enticing as it is the rare Benz that comes with lots of standard features, including a sunroof, 18-inch wheels, dual 10.3-inch screens, and keyless entry. Just know that an all-new CLA is just around the corner.

Michael Simari|Car and Driver

2026 Toyota Camry

$279 per month/$3699 at signing

36 months/30,000 miles

The Camry is an easy choice. It’s a roomy sedan with a large trunk, decent acceleration, and the heroic ability to hit 50-plus miles per gallon. Only the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid can match the Camry’s space and efficiency, though Toyota’s hybrid system is smoother, quieter, and more powerful. This lease for the base LE means you must stick with front-wheel drive, the smallest 16-inch wheels, and the smallest 8.0-inch touchscreen, but in return, you receive the highest EPA rating. Two-year free maintenance is also included.

Pickup Truck Lease Deals

Michael Simari|Car and Driver

2025 Ford F-150

$477 per month/$477 at signing

36 months/31,500 miles

Ford has been in the habit of matching the signing payment to the monthly payment on many of its leases. This month, the F-150 STX gets the deal with an extra 1500 miles in the contract. Ford does not specify the bed, cab, or powertrain, but this lease includes the 200A package with upgraded 20-inch wheels, LED fog lights, Zone Lighting, and a rear window defroster.

GMC

2025 GMC Sierra 1500

$499 per month/$2249 at signing

36 months/30,000 miles

Large pickup trucks continue to lease at the same or lower price over three years versus midsize trucks. GMC’s low signing payment on the Sierra 1500 is for the mid-pack Elevation trim with four-wheel drive and gloss black 20-inch wheels, not the base SLE or Pro. The TurboMax 2.7-liter inline-four is required, and despite GMC downplaying the cylinder count on its website, the engine’s 430 pound-feet of torque and maximum 9500-pound tow rating are impressive.
